Adventurer's Code of Conduct:

Help us make a

Safe and Fun Environment.

While we realize that adventurers in general and privateers in particular tend to be a bunch of rambunctious scoundrels, some consideration of comportment will be required due to the nature of the space. In accordance with the pacts and treaties with the fae who so graciously do not turn us all into toads upon our arrival at Mystic Mountain, we expect you lot will voluntarily moderate yourselves and adhere to the following principles:

Keep the peace.

No theft.
Do not enter an encampment without permission.
Keep genital regions covered in communal spaces.
Do not touch people without their permission.
Do not stalk or harass anyone without their permission.

Respect the space.

Do not light personal fires.
Use community spaces for designated purposes.
Keep your encampment free of litter and dispose of waste in designated receptacles.

Speak your mind.

If someone is doing something that bothers you, tell that person specifically what it is and ask him/her to stop.
If someone is harassing you; does violence to you or another; or is otherwise endangering the camp let an organizer know immediately.

Intoxication is no excuse for breaches of this policy.

Rectification:

If you ask an organizer for help regarding a breach of this policy, he or she will get a festival organizer or appropriate mediator.
If you are dealing with festival organizers during such proceedings, you have the right to the presence of an advocate. If there is not a member of your party who is willing or available to act as your advocate, one will be assigned to you upon request. Ask for an advocate if you feel like you need one.
Continued disregard for the Conduct Policy or the direction of staff/organizers or the need to repeatedly go through mediation with the same individual during an event will result in his or her expulsion from the event.

By registering for this event, you affirm that you agree with and will adhere to the above Code of Conduct. Failure to adhere to this Code may result in expulsion from the event without refund at the sole discretion of the organizing committee.
